frisco....yay!

san francisco was went to today and it got driven across like no other. we drove and drove and drove and skated for a total of maybe 45 minutes...we were there from 1:00 until 4:30.
this little 3 stair grinder spot we pulled up to first had a cool little notice in the window telling us that we were being watched. so we skated there for about 7 or 8 minutes when some dude from across the street came out and told us we should leave. he was nice, so we left. and believe it or not as we were driving off a cop came around the corner and actually stopped at the spot, so we lucked out there.


we went on to golden gate park...skated around, had some fun, got kicked out. next spot was treasure island...i've never been kicked out of any spot on that island so there we went. i walked around the island, snapped some photos and jarrod got a little sequence. so enjoy it!

dinkie little day

so today we lucked out and it was dry, so some skateboard pushing was able to happen. check out the forecast in san jose for the next week...so if were lucky we'll be getting another day to skate. you never know though because there was a 70% chance of rain today and it didn't. but yeah today we jammed brandon, jonathan, jarrod, erik, peter, and i into my little civic coupe and headed to sunnyvale again. erik and peter got a sequence at sunnyvale....

and while all this dinkin around was going on brandon was over at the ledges pretty much killin it. he was doing all kinds of lines with wallie grinds on them there ledges. heres a little wallie 5-0 i captured out of all the things he did.



and sure enough while all this was going on goldschlager was at home doing his new favorite thing. THIS! some day we might strip him from the console controller and get him back on his skateboard and make him into the blog star he once was! uhyeah...

sunnyvale blowout!

todays post is a giant one! i seriously shot 20 or so sequences plus some goofy stills. it was the first day in a while it hasn't been raining so we all went out to sunnyvale to shred! things started out kinda crappy because no one has skated in a while due to wet-ness. even with the weary drained minds everyone had from being couped up in their houses the skateboarding had to go on, and boy oh boy it went on for sure! today will be the introduction of anthony (ant), josh 1, josh 2, and peter whom you've seen before playing some call of duty 4 but have not seen riding a skateboard. these dudes all rip so good. goldschlager couldn't shake the weariness from himself and got mad enough to focus his board. YEAH! i even handed erik the camera and had him shoot a couple stills of me. lets see i got a motion blurry feeble on a curb and a nollie over the hip. oh yeah. thats whats up! eriks got those skills, i think i may let him do the photo/blog thing from now on. what do you all think about that idea? oh yeah and after today that offer i made a while ago about the faster camera still stands. anyone who wants to donate money or just give me a canon 1d mark iin would be my favorite friend forever.... :)

this is josh 1 and i hate to put numbers on their names but i don't know either of their last names. this first josh is a super chill really cool dude, and knows how to use a skateboard for sure.

josh number 2 knows how to skate a skatepark like no one else i have ever seen. this guy can do some amazing things on his piece of wood. i was seriously standing straight up while shooting these sequences, and my dumb camera was about to die on battery and cut out on one of the sequences. it was a 360 shove it stalefish thing...i don't know, it all happened so fast... anyways, check these out.

todays sesh was epic in all kinds of ways. enjoy all the sequences, and i hope to shred and shoot more with all these dudes soon. so you guys may be seeing more of these dudes in the future.

3rd & army

one of the greatest spots ever made, and the fact that your allowed to skate there whenever is even better! the little quarter section is usually where i end up spending most of my time when were there, and tuesday turned out to be a quarter sesh. brandon got this huge frontside ollie and then trent on his last day here learned a new trick and got a still of it...an alley oop back smith to regular. he was psyched! enjoy them!, the skies were on my side this day.

are words often heard from sean goldschlagers mouth. he is one of the nicest dudes i have met, and the people of the pierce house can agree i'm sure. he's a black metal head and can always be seen in all black....always! this one day, we somehow convinced him to put on some other clothes to see what he looked like....but for the life of him wouldn't put on longsleeves in -20 degree weather. this was a great feat getting him to do this so if you know the dude, you'll find these quite hilarious. suprisingly it looks like he could pull this off.

west bay baby

so we went to a park in minlow yesterday, i think thats the town. whichever one is the picture with the cop....but yeah erik and jonathan almost got tickets for skating without helmets. i had just grabbed my bag from the car and was chillen in the park not skating fixing to shoot some sequences so the copper didn't call me over, thankfully. goldschlager and jarrod hopped the fence because they saw the cop walking over, so they escaped the ticket wrath as well. luckily the cops ticket machine was broken and erik and jonathan "got off the hook this time." that park is for sure a really good park though, the bowls are magnificent. the helmet rule is kinda whack though. after that josh (who got robbed on this trick) took us to the park in san mateo, the little ledge park, which happens to be another really fun park. erik got a dinky little sequence there, the tricks good though. jarrod got a sequence as well but he didn't like it so i'm not going to post it because he'll get mad...it was a manual to back lip on the same mani pad josh got robbed on...just so you know. muhahaha! then we went to atlas because they were having a huge sale and low and behold they are the first shop i've come across that's had static 3. that video is amazing if you havn't seen it already. i recommend it to everyone. check out theories of atlantis for more stuffs.

from last night. this was the group minus a few. we were at some german restaurant/bar thing. then under that you have josh and sierra. and under that one is trent, ant, and jenna. this was a good night.

so the first day trent got here we all went out to this pretty cool spot on the east side of the bay. trent came out of the day with a nice little back smith photo. if you've been to the spot you know whats up. thats all for now, i might possibly put some more up in a little bit. yesterdays plan of double posting didn't work out so well because of a 'little' party at the pierce house. the result being jonathans room not having a door. ha!....

soooo yeah

i havn't had internet for the past 4 days or so, so i'll post some stuff now and then later on today. t-rents in town for a week so he's been chillen and all that stuff. the dude absolutely loves wienerschnitzel and i swear hes been here a total of three days and eaten there 16 times. and on top of that he drinks 14 gallons of dr. pepper a day and smokes 19 cigarettes as well. but who cares about all that he has a portfolio review in SF tomorrow! yeah, everyone wish him good luck.

we got radical in the east bay yesterday. we checked out the two parks in pleasanton, ca. both of which were alright, definitely check them out if your out that way but don't make the trip up there to just skate them. at the second park we went to, which appeared to be the newer one of the two erik and jarrod did a doubles trick on a quarter. kinda cool. goldschlager also did a backflip over the spine then focused his board in excitement. and thats the end of the day and i feel like crap. rad!

it's still kinda wet outside, so we've been skating spots that are covered. the mod gap being one of them. here is erik doing a no comply and an impossible, and jonathan got a switch backside flip and a nollie heel. maurice did an uncaptured switch frontside bigspin. overall it was a good sesh. tomorrow it's supposed to be good out so hopefully we will get some good things done. also ernest is in town from texas chillen and seein the city. he has been filming a bunch of what has been going down. i should have a video up shortly.

sorry for the lack of updates, not much was happenin in chicago. but now im back in san jose and ready to continue this thing. before i left for chi town amanda had a birthday party for herself at her place.
